A very good experience non-stressful.
Dr Chang is great. He has, over a period of time, stopped a serious degeneration of my foot, and relieved some serious pain. Through minor surgery, custom shoe inserts, proper nail trimming, and other techniques, I am able to stand and walk all day with almost no discomfort. I am pleased. Also, I like Dr Chang's personality. he has a dry sense of humor, and he, along with Rick, keep me entertained and distracted while he is working on my feet. I actually look forward to going to Dr Chang and Rick because I know I will leave in better shape than I arrived.
I appreciate if the first thing a person does upon entering the room is to introduce him/herself, including all staff members.

feels like home when you are there
No nonsense approach to identifying the issue and taking appropriate action. Very good listener, answers questions in a way that I could understand the nature of my ailment and its treatment.
Qualifier: Given the ongoing reactions to Covid 19, I was only patient in sight at 8 AM. Regardless, I was impressed with the entire office.
