Special Services offered by Dr. Baglio:
Lapiplasty® 3D Bunion Correction
Dr. Baglio is offering this exciting, new treatment option which does more than simply remove “the bump”; it addresses your bunion in three dimensions to correct the root of the problem.
How Does Lapiplasty® 3D Bunion Correction™ Work?
Instead of cutting the bone in half and shifting the top part over, the patented Lapiplasty® Procedure uses specially-designed instrumentation to rotate the entire deviated bone back into its normal anatomical position, naturally straightening your toe; removing the “bump” and associated pain. Innovative titanium plating technology , permanently secures the unstable foundation, the root of your bunion problem. Most patients are able to walk within days of surgery. No cast is required; allowing patients to get back to the shoe wear of their choice and activities quickly.

[Dr. Baglio] is very skilled delivering my foot care. He answers my questions clearly.
Dr. Baglio and his staff are friendly and professional. I know they hear and are attentive to my needs and would highly recommend them to anyone!
Really liked the guy! I think we’ll have a good [...] relationship.
Was so happy with the whole appointment from beginning to end.
Dr. Baglio is great and so is his staff. Welcoming environment.
Wonderful caring staff and Dr. Baglio has now fixed both of my bunions allowing me to have normal feet so I can wear normal shoes for the first time in many years.
Very personable and professional.
I pretty much knew what the problem was and Dr. Baglio confirmed it He was able to demonstrate the difference between my right and left achilles which I had not noticed before. I am confident that PT will help. The inserts for my shoes will, hopefully, also help in getting things back to normal.
This was my first appointment with Dr. Baglio & my first time seeing any podiatrist. The staff & the X-ray technician were very pleasant, patient, & accommodating. Dr. Baglio was courteous. He listened to me. He did not seem to rush, & I didn't feel hurried, but afterward I realized he had worked quickly, all of which adds up to perfect management of my time & his. After X-rays of my foot, he showed me the image of an area of arthritis very close to a large bone spur. I declined his offer of a pain-relieving injection. He selected shoe inserts that have much more arch support than the inserts I'd been wearing, re-shaped a separate adhesive pad to reduce pressure on the painful area, used scissors to bevel the upper edge of the pad, & attached the pad to the shoe insert. We scheduled a follow-up appointment for next month.
Dr. Baglio is very nice, thorough, and helpful with any questions. His staff does a great job as well and always makes me feel welcomed.
Dr. Baglio was attentive, careful, professional, friendly — and generous.
We learned of Dr. Baglio as we helped another patient with a foot problem. Dr. Baglio never gave up on this man and continued to work with him until his foot was healed. We were impressed with his dedication to his profession and his patient. We would recommend to anyone.
I have been been very impressed with Dr. Baglio and the staff and am so glad I was referred to his office.
I could not have been more pleased on all counts.
EXCELLENT IN ALL WAYS!
Dr. Baglio has always been very kind and helpful in keeping me on my feet!
Excellent in getting appointments, not much waiting in the waiting room nor for the doctor. Highly recommend practice.
Great place, everyone is wonderful!!!!!
Three podiatrists in Boston could not identify the cause of my foot pain. One visit to Dr Baglio and it was resolved. That was my first visit. When I returned this week for bone spur, he gave me three options and explained each thoroughly and clearly. I am very pleased with his care.
