He took the time to listen to my problem and was very friendly.
Dr. Slovak really worked with us to figure out my ankle problem and get it fixed. He is really thorough in his examinations and explanations. He goes above and beyond. You are a patient not a number.
You are a GREAT conversationalist! This made it easier to discuss my concerns about my feet in relation to my diabetes and other health issues. Thanks!!
Dr Slovak is kind, honest and detailed about the problem and solutions. We appreciate the honesty

Awesome bedside manner.
My parents are 90 years old and love Dr. Slovak. They claim he's the best podiatrist they ever went to. He works quickly but is so gentle that there is NO discomfort or pain when he trims their nails. But he also listens and is very caring and responsive. When I first took my parents to Carolina Foot and Ankle my mom's feet hurt so badly that she would cry most mornings and couldn't walk very far without pain. Dr. Slovak stated her feet were very calloused and he was able to sand off the callouses. The change was immediate as my mother walked out to our car. And she had been under a podiatrist's care at her previous residence. We love Dr. Slovak and his staff.
I just have nail maintenance. I have no issues. The appointments are normally completed very quickly.
Dr Slovak is an excellent Dr and always does what is in my best interest
