Dr. Andrew Liss served as Chief of Podiatry at Howard County General Hospital and as the Director of the Montgomery County Podiatric Residency Program. Additionally, he has served two years as the President of the Maryland Podiatric Medical Association (MPMA), where he continues to serve on the Executive Board. He has been practicing in Maryland for more than 25 years. Dr. Liss takes special interest in the treatment of athletic injuries. Dr. Liss is Board-Certified in Foot Surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery.

Dr. Liss and his wife, Elaine, are proud parents of two daughters and two sons-in-law, and grandparents of four grandsons and two granddaughters.

Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine, Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine, 1976.

Completed a two-year surgical residency at the Maryland Podiatric Residency Program.

Board Certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS) in foot and ankle surgery.
