Doctor and staff members were attentive, competent, and relatable.
This was an unscheduled visit. Although the podiatrist I see was not available I was given an appointment with one of the others doctors for a few hours later. I was seen promptly for a serious condition. Dr. Olivera was professional, compassionate and comforting. He explained everything and made sure I had no questions when I left. My follow up is with my regular podiatrist and I would be happy to see Dr. Olivera again.
Dr. Olivera was great!
I was very pleased. Felt that the new "norm" was addressed and yet felt that the staff was friendly and helped make me comfortable.
Dr. Olivera was kind and attentive. He listened to and answered all my questions.
Excellent care, as always. Thank you all!
Dr. Olivera is very pleasant and easy to work with.
I had brought a book to read, since not sure how long I would wait. Please that all went smoothly and quickly
From the reception, to clinicians, and the provider it is always a calm and positive experience. I was nervous about getting a shot and the clinician was very nice an allowed me to squeeze her hand. The doctor was friendly and professional and was willing to listen to every concern and questions I had. It is no wonder that my parents an half of my dance studio come here :)
I missed my appointment the previous day somehow. The receptionist checked with the doctor and he decided to see me. I was very appreciative that he saw me on short notice along with his thoroughness of the examination and his assessment giving me multiple treatment alternatives.
