The origin of our Hagerstown location began in 1964, with a practice founded by Dr. Gerald Falke. In 1986, Dr. Todd Harrison joined Dr. Falke and became the Podiatry Associates of Hagerstown. From 1994-1996, Drs. Betsy Rosenthal, Gregory Smith, and Mark Roemer joined the practice and formed a partnership. In 2007, the group moved to a new office in Robinwood Medical Center, now at its current location. In 2016 the Podiatry Associates of Hagerstown joined with the Foot and Ankle Specialists of the Mid-Atlantic.
Our podiatrists work in the beautiful panhandle of Maryland and Western Pennsylvania, where the incidence of type 2 diabetes is the highest in the respective states. We see many diabetic patients, but offer foot and ankle services to all.
We are constantly improving to deliver the most up to date treatments available. All of doctors are excellent diagnosticians and give a high level of treatment. All of our staff are personable and strive to treat each patient like family. While our offices are very busy, we try to be as casual and friendly as possible to create a welcoming and cordial atmosphere.

- Advanced foot and ankle reconstructive surgery.
- We also have an aggressive program for the identification and treatment of equinus deformity in adults and children.
- Lastly, we offer custom orthotics and braces tailored to your foot anatomy and condition.
