1. The doctor was easy to talk to. I was just having routine nail care and callus removal.

9. Dr Schustek took his time and throroughly examined me. He explained his observations and recommendations clearly. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable. This is really not the case with other doctors and medical settings. I was impressed and glad that I called this practice.

11. Maryellen Waltz - There is not enough space for me to write about what a special doctor she is to me! She puts her patients first! I broke my ankle and had no one to operate on it the next day! She came in on her day off and made sure that she operated on me. My toe was giving me problems on that foot from fungus on my middle toe and I had also a small fracture in the toe next to it. She even answered my questions on her time off. When I went to the office in Culpeper, I loved the staff. They are one happy bunch and they look out for each other and are so professional and they all know what they are doing. They all showed so much concern for me. I am so happy that she is in Culpeper and I would and do highly recommend Dr. Waltz to everyone that I see. She always does what she thinks is best for the patients when checking a toe or foot. She even answered some of my questions in reference to the plate and pins in my ankle. Culpeper Foot & Ankle is so fortunate to have a doctor as special as she is and great at what she does. She definitely knows her job. It seemed like she had a lot of patients the other day and they were all so happy with her. She made sure that she was on time with my appointment and that I got out of there before the roads were bad. The receptionist at the front made sure that I got my appointment when I needed it and the other girls took care of my toe when I first got there and checked on how it was doing. Dr. Waltz is such a wonderful doctor that cares so much for her patients and she loves her job. She is a true asset to the Foot & Ankle Specialists in Culpeper.

21. Dr. Schustek is excellent in his knowledge and manner of explanation. He took the time to review the X-rays with me, explain the mechanics of my problem, and presented options for treatment.

23. The nursing and front desk staff were wonderfully friendly. Dr. Shustek was great. He took the time to look me in the eye and explain everything that he was doing and what he found to be the problem and then explained the treatment how and why's. It was nice to see a doctor and not have them buried in the computer screen but interacting with me, the patient. This was a great experience.
