FASMA Expands in Charlotte, NC

FASMA Expands in Charlotte, NC Foot and Ankle Specialists of the Mid-Atlantic (FASMA) expands with its most recent division, Carolina Foot and Ankle of Huntersville, adding three locations in Huntersville, Mooresville, and Mountain Island Lake, NC. Dr. Mark Quist and Dr. Derek Slovak Mark Quist, DPM, is a graduate of Dr. William M Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine and completed his residency at INOVA Fairfax Hospital in Fairfax, Virginia. Derek Slovak, DPM, is a graduate of Rosalind Franklin University and completed his residency at INOVA Fairfax Hospital in Fairfax, Virginia.

APMA Elects FASMA Podiatrist as President

FASMA Expands to Greater Raleigh, NC Foot and Ankle Specialists of the Mid-Atlantic (FASMA) broadens its footprint, in North Carolina, with its most recent division, Piedmont Foot Clinic, adding four locations in Apex, Benson, Cary, and  Dunn, NC. Three Foot & Ankle Specialists of the Mid-Atlantic (FASMA) podiatrists, Dr. Caitlin Madden, Dr. Adam Spector, and Dr. Gene Mirkin, and three pathologists, Dr. Sarwat Siddiqui, Dr. Joon Yim, and Dr. Xingpei Hao collaborated on the research paper entitled, Dermatofibrosarcoma Protuberans on Adult Toes: A Case Report and Review of the Literature. Homeless Connect with Dr. Howard Osterman

Dr. Howard Osterman from our Silver Spring, MD (Fenton) and Washington, DC (1775 K Street) offices spoke with News4 Washington about Project Homeless Connect. Project Homeless Connect is a program by the United Way offering free services to those in need. They can come to get up to 70 services from a haircut, seeing a doctor, to getting their birth certificate or social security card. Each person is connected to a volunteer who helps them get the services they need throughout the day.
