Originally from Long Island, Dr. Molan is a Graduate of State University of New York at Stoney Brook, Bachelor of Science, Biology. He has been an active member of the North Carolina Foot and Ankle Society  (NCFAS) North Carolina Foot and Ankle Society (NCFAS) since 1996 and served as Vice President 2001-2002.  Dr. Molan and his wife Karen relocated to the Charlotte area in 1989, where he was in private practice until he merged with Dr. Miller and Kaiser in 1994, and together they formed Carmel Foot Specialists. Dr. Richard Lind

Dr. Richard Lind is a graduate from Indiana University, BA Biology, BA Chemistry. Dr. Lind relocated to the Charlotte area in 2005 and joined Carmel Foot Specialists in 2009. He is an active member of the NCFAS and ACFAS and currently serves as chairman of the Podiatry section at Novant Presbyterian Medical Center. He takes a particular interest in sports medicine and ankle reconstruction surgery. In his spare time, he enjoys cycling, hiking, and being outdoors.  He has one son, a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill, and currently attends Case Western Reserve University for Anesthesiologist Assistant degree.

Dr. Barbara Kaiser

Dr. Barbara Kaiser is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, MA, with a BS in biology. She went on to graduate magma cum laude from the Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine followed by a surgical preceptorship at the Ridgeland Foot Clinic. Dr. Barbara Kaiser is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Orthopedics and Primary Podiatric Medicine.
