Homeless Connect with Dr. Howard Osterman

Dr. Howard Osterman from our Silver Spring, MD (Fenton) and Washington, DC (1775 K Street) offices spoke with News4 Washington about Project Homeless Connect. Project Homeless Connect is a program by the United Way offering free services to those in need. They can come to get up to 70 services from a haircut, seeing a doctor, to getting their birth certificate or social security card. Each person is connected to a volunteer who helps them get the services they need throughout the day. Dr. Osterman helps by making sure people’s main form of transportation – their feet – are in good shape and that they have the proper fitting shoes.
Community Day of Service will be Wednesday, October 3, 2019 at DC Armory!
