Dr. Louis De Fazio
Dr. Louis De Fazio was born and raised in Scranton, PA, graduating from high school at Scranton Preparatory School. Dr. De Fazio graduated from Penn State University where he earned a degree in Kinesiology and was a member of the Cheerleading team. He then went on to Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, PA and earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree. Dr. De Fazio returned home to Scranton to complete a three-year surgical residency at Geisinger-Community Medical Center, where he was the chief resident.
Dr. De Fazio is Board Certified in Podiatric Medicine by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine.
During his downtime, Dr. De Fazio enjoys exercising, playing golf, and watching football, basketball, hockey, and golf. He also likes to spend time with his family and friends.

Dr. De Fazio completed a three-year reconstructive foot and ankle surgical residency at Geisinger-Community Medical Center in Scranton, PA. He served as chief resident during his final year of residency.
Dr. De Fazio was published in The Pain Practitioner in the May/June 2017 issue. He also has presented posters at conferences, as well as authored abstracts.
