About Our Office
Podiatrists in Kensington combine the warmth of a small-town practice with the resources of a large doctor group to provide expert medical and surgical care.
Dr. Gene Mirkin, who first began practicing in this office in 1999 is now seeing patients in our Annapolis office full time. Dr. Andrew Liss who began practicing in this office in 2014 is now seeing patients in our Columbia office full time.
Dr. Adam Spector, Dr. Mo Esmaili, and Dr. Emmanuella Eastman are podiatrists in Kensington, MD. Our comprehensive foot and ankle specialists treat patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics. Everything needed for thorough patient treatment is located within the premises: high-tech computer assisted digital x-rays, diagnostic ultrasound, non-invasive vascular machines, and 3-D Orthotic scanners.
Our patients are informed of their diagnoses and are part of our decision-making process for the best treatments. We have a very active patient population, where exercise and sports injuries, as well as reconstructive surgical procedures have become a regular part of our practice.

The Kensington office is located in a 3 story brown building located directly on the corner of Connecticut Avenue and Decatur. We are across the street from Kaiser Permanente and on the same side as Starbucks.
We are located near North Kensington, Wheaton Hills, Wheaton Crest, Chevy Chase View, Connecticut Avenue Estates, Wickford, and Viers Mill Village.
